To return a product at Old World Gourmet Shop.., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at returns@owgshop.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

However, Old World Gourmet Shop.. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Please contact us for item specific return information.
